Sorbonne University

Sorbonne University is a public research university in Paris, France, established by the merger in 2018 of Paris-Sorbonne University, Pierre et Marie Curie University, and other smaller institutions. The date 1257 on its logo refers to the Collège de Sorbonne which was founded in 1257 by Robert de Sorbon.
