Shillong Lajong F. C.

Shillong Lajong Football Club is an Indian professional football club which is based in Shillong, Meghalaya, India and plays in the Indian I-League. The club was established in 1983 with the prime objective of improving the declining standard of football in the state, and to spot, train and nurture local talent.
