Laganas

Laganas is a village and beach resort on the Greek island of Zakynthos. Laganas Beach faces the calm, shallow waters of Laganas Bay, and is backed by lively bars and tavernas. Quieter Kalamaki Beach is a protected nesting ground for endangered loggerhead sea turtles. A wooden footbridge connects nearby Agios Sostis village to tiny, pine-covered Cameo Island, which has a small beach and beach bars.
