Tokyo Women's Medical University
Tokyo Women's Medical University was the first medical school for women in Japan, and was founded in 1900 by Yoshioka Yayoi. It was originally called Tokyo Women's Medical School, and changed names several times until being named Tokyo Women's Medical University in 1998.
