Civic Exchange is a Hong Kong-based public policy think tank and registered charity. It was founded in 2000 by politician Christine Loh, and environmental researcher Lisa Hopkinson. Past CEOs include Loh, Yan-yan Yip, Maura Wong and Winnie Cheung.
