Sorocaba

Sorocaba is a city in southeastern Brazil. The Villas-Bôas Brothers Botanical Garden offers a herbarium, trails and the Crystal Palace conservatory. Red Water Natural Park is a green space with lakes, palm trees and an aquarium. Highlights of the Sorocaba Zoo include the reptile collection and spider monkeys. To the northwest is Ipanema National Forest, a protected area with wildlife such as maned wolves and ocelots.
