Hip young locals frequent the yoga studios, indie shops, dive bars and restaurants on buzzing Flat Shoals Road. Nightlife venues include The EARL, which hosts both local and national music acts. Nearby, Brownwood Park has trails, wooded areas, and sports facilities including tennis courts.
