Beauveria

Beauveria is a genus of asexually-reproducing fungi allied with the ascomycete family Cordycipitaceae. Its several species are typically insect pathogens. The sexual states of Beauveria species, where known, are species of Cordyceps. Beauveria species are white entomopathogenic fungi.
