Desmanthus

Desmanthus is a genus of flowering plants in the mimosoid clade of the subfamily Caesalpinioideae of the pea family, Fabaceae. The name is derived from the Greek words δεσμός, meaning "bundle", and ἄνθος, meaning "flower".
