Catskill Mountains

The Catskill Mountains lie in southeastern New York State. The Hudson River School Art Trail includes the Thomas Cole National Historic Site in Catskill village, plus sites like Kaaterskill Falls and Sunset Rock, which inspired 19th-century landscape painters.
