Pichilemu

Pichilemu

Pichilemu is a coastal resort southwest of Santiago in central Chile. It's known for the strong surf at beaches like the central El Infiernillo, with its black sand shores and craggy rocks, and, farther south, Punta de Lobos, characterized by steep cliffs. In town, an early-20th-century building that was once a casino houses the Agustín Ross Cultural Center. Nearby is palm-tree-lined Ross Park.
