A Thousand Days' Promise

Ji-hyung, who had been having an affair for years, tells his lover, Seo-yeon, that his wedding day has been decided. He tries to break off the relationship with a heavy heart but discovers that Seo-yeon is showing early symptoms of Alzheimer's.
