The opportunity of a lifetime is granted to 21 competitors when they are given the chance to present their restaurant concepts to investors for a chance to launch their own chain. The four investors, among them celebrtiy chefs Bobby Flay and Curtis Stone, will also work alongside the hopeful restaurateurs to help flesh out their ideas and to put each business through rigorous trials.
