Carnival in Costa Rica

Luisa (Vera-Ellen) has a problem. After returning to Costa Rica from her studies in the United States, the young woman discovers that her parents have decided that she will marry Pepe (Cesar Romero). But Pepe has a serious girlfriend and isn't pleased with the setup either. When Luisa falls for U. S. businessman Jeff Stephens (Dick Haymes), the situation gets more complicated.
