Chef John Besh's New Orleans

John Besh is one of the most-prolific chefs in New Orleans, owning a number of restaurants in the Big Easy. This series features the chef cooking dishes that he grew up eating in southern Louisiana. In each episode, Besh prepares New Orleans classics along with contemporary dishes, highlighting recipes from his 2009 cookbook.
