Frida Still Life

As a young woman, Frida Kahlo (Ofelia Medina) is severely injured in a bus accident, causing her persistent pain that lingers for most of her life. Still, Kahlo channels that anguish into her painting, becoming a celebrated artist, both in Mexico and abroad. She marries fellow painter Diego Rivera (Juan José Gurrola), but their rocky relationship also causes her grief.
