In the Australian suburb of Newtown, Freddy (Kick Gurry) and his girlfriend, Tanya (Pia Miranda), are in a band with their friends Lucy (Chris Sadrinna) and Joe (Brett Stiller). While Freddy is passionate about music, the rest of the band -- including their bumbling manager, Bruno (Russell Dykstra) -- is less enthused.
