Gatchaman Fighter

Gatchaman Fighter or Gatchaman F is the direct sequel to Gatchaman II. In the continuing saga, a surviving fragment of Leader X mutates into Leader Z, and recruits megalomaniac Count Egobossler to create an army to conquer the world.
