Erin Simms, Joshua Rice, Ryan "6-Pack" Lapadat, and Kalyn Miles are the four competitors in this reality series. In each episode, two of the four go head-to-head in some of the most-bizarre competitions around, such as riding ostriches bareback at the Arizona Ostrich Races or joining a frozen T-shirt contest at the Frozen Dead Guy Days in Colorado.
