Jonathan Jacobo also known as The Evil Masked Figure and Heather Jasper-Howe is the main antagonist of the 2004 horror comedy film. Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed. . He is a vengeful scientist who plans on getting revenge on Mystery Inc by bringing the costumes of their villains alive to kill them.
