Martin Yan's Taste Of Vietnam
Martin Yan returns to public television with a new 26-episode series exploring the history and cuisine of Vietnam. Aside from demonstrating Vietnamese mainstays such as beef pho and vermicelli noodle soup, Martin also explores some new dishes, including coffee-flavored ribs and duck cassoulet. Throughout the series, Martin travels extensively through Vietnam, where he does some fishing, samples street food and learns about rice cultivation.
