Messalina vs. the Son of Hercules
Glaucus (Richard Harrison) is a British warrior descended from Hercules, and he's discovered during battle by Roman emperor Caligula (Charles Borromel). Impressed by the warrior's fierce fighting, the emperor takes Glaucus to Rome with him and forces him to become a gladiator. There, Glaucus gets entrenched in a game of political intrigue that involves a plot to assassinate the emperor, manipulated by Caligula's conniving wife, Messalina (Lisa Gastoni).
