Moloch the Mystic

Edgar William Jacobi, also known as Moloch the Mystic, was a retired supervillain and former crime lord who was the archenemy to the original Minutemen of the 1940s, as well as fight other superheroes, such as Doctor Manhattan and Ozymandias, decades later into his criminal career.
