Ni-Chang (Li Bingbing) also known as the White-Haired Witch, is a cold, impassive, ruthless, bloodthirsty, and violent witch sent by the evil Jade Warlord to find and recover the Monkey King's mystical staff in exchange for the elixir of immortality.
