In the Canadian Northwest near a settlement fort, Sgt. Jim Brent (Preston Foster) and Ranger Dusty Rivers (Gary Cooper) vie for the attention of government nurse April Logan (Madeleine Carroll), the sister of Constable Ronnie Logan (Robert Preston).
