Gene Autry (Gene Autry) and his sidekick, Frog Millhouse (Smiley Burnette), are worried for their pals in the local ranching community. The ranchers have poured every spare penny into a modern mining project engineered by businessman Jeff Drew (Bill Henry). But there's no sign that their investments will yield profits.
