Stealing Cars

Billy Wyatt is sent to a juvenile detention facility in his native Philadelphia, after committing several crimes including grand theft auto and drug dealing. His indifference and obvious intelligence leads to conflicts with his fellow detainees, the camp's director and head guard Conrad Sean Lewis.
