The Falcon in San Francisco
On a train bound for San Francisco, young Annie Marshall (Sharyn Moffet) seeks out Tom Lawrence (Tom Conway), the detective known as the Falcon, insisting that her nurse and butler are holding her hostage. After the nurse turns up dead, Tom and his partner, Goldie (Edward Brophy), escort Annie home, only to be arrested and charged with kidnapping. Tom is bailed out by the wealthy Doreen Temple (Fay Helm), and his investigation to help Annie unearths an intricate bootlegging and smuggling ring.
