The Horses of McBride

A teenager living on a ranch in the Rocky Mountains with her father discovers two starving horses that have become trapped in the snow miles from anywhere. Resolving to save them, she grabs a shovel and begins digging a path, inspiring her neighbours to pitch in and help.
