The Mekong River, known as the `Mother of Water', is one of the longest rivers in Asia. It brings life to millions of people from the fields of Vietnam to the mountains of the Tibetan Plateau. Presenter Sue Perkins embarks on a 3000-mile journey along the river and, over the course of four episodes, explores tremendous change that is occurring with the people and places along the waterway.
