The Money Trap

Joe Baron (Glenn Ford) is a debt-ridden detective married to free-spending Lisa (Elke Sommer). During a homicide investigation he learns that Dr. Van Tilden (Joseph Cotten), who alleges he shot a burglar, also moonlights as a narcotics supplier. Believing Van Tilden's money stash is ripe for the picking, he plans a robbery. Things get dicey when Baron's partner, Delanos (Ricardo Montalban), demands a share and he discovers that the burglar's widow is his former flame, Rosalie (Rita Hayworth).
