The Unjust 2010

A serial murderer is terrorizing the entire country and the pressure to make a bust is enormous. Eventually the killer is arrested, but he is an actor hired to cover up a botched investigation. Soon, the dangerous dealings surrounding a desperate cop, a corrupt public prosecutor and their sponsors' fabricated case is unveiled.
