"The Winner Is . . . " takes a new angle on singing competition shows by adding an element of game-show strategy: The contestants aim not for fame or a recording contract, but for a shot at $1 million and a chance to make their dreams come true. Each episode features six acts who go head-to-head through three rounds of competition, with a jury of 101 music lovers voting to decide the best performer.
