Tough Young Teachers

Teach First is an organization that puts people through a two-year training programme to help them earn certification as a teacher in an attempt to address educational disadvantage in England and Wales. `Tough Young Teachers' follows six Teach First teachers, who have never taught before, in three London schools as they experience what it means to be responsible for a classroom full of students.
