Trust Me, I'm a Game Show Host
The irony of this show's title becomes very clear once the improvisational skills of its hosts, comics D. L. Hughley and Michael Ian Black, are unleashed on contestants. "Trust Me, I'm a Game Show Host" flips the traditional quiz show format -- contestants taking on one another -- on its head by having the guests contend with Hughley and Black, who attempt to deceive them at every turn by using their comedic instincts, sense of fun, and easygoing charm. The hosts each present a contestant with bizarre and seemingly implausible data -- one is a fact; the other is fiction.
