Vatel
France 1671, and with war brewing against Holland, the penniless Prince de Conde invites King Louis XIV to his country chateau for a three-day feast of magnificent proportions. Desperate for a commission as a general the prince wants no expense spared and places Vatel, a man of honour, talent and low rank, in charge of proceedings.
