This sitcom serves as a follow-up to '70s series "What's Happening!!" and focuses on what life is like for the characters later in their lives. Raj is a fledgling writer and co-owner of Rob's Place, now named simply Rob's, which he runs with Shirley. Raj is also married to social worker Nadine, and the couple live in his childhood home. Raj's childhood friends Dwayne, now a computer programmer, and Rerun, a used-car salesman, live together for the first season, after which Rerun leaves the show. …
