Jocrassa Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen was a member of the Slitheen family. In 2006, he served as commander to the Passameer-Day members of his family, when they intended to turn the Earth into a radioactive wasteland to sell as cheap starship fuel as part of the "family business".
