Kela

Kela, abbr. from Finnish: Kansaneläkelaitos, Swedish: Folkpensionsanstalten, English: The Social Insurance Institution, is a Finnish government agency in charge of settling benefits under national social security programs. Kela was founded in 1937 to handle retirement pay.
