Madeline Watson

Madeline was Mary Jane Watson's mother. She gave up her dreams of being an actress to marry Philip Watson, and later had two daughters, Gayle and Mary Jane. She took Philip's verbal abuse for years before finally leaving him when he struck Gayle over the cost of her dancing lessons.
