Roosevelt Sledge, Jr. , better known by his stage name R. O. E. , is an American rapper from Chicago, Illinois. He first gained popularity after the release of his debut EP, A Backpacker Named R. O. E. . In 2011, his single "I Won" was featured on many hip hop blogs and independent radio stations.
