Sultan of Spells

The Sultan of Spells, unnamed in the Japanese version, is one of the finalists in the World Duel Carnival, who is accompanied by a monkey. He was the twelfth Duelist to be eliminated in the Duel Coaster portion, being defeated by Shark's "Big Jaws".
