Tsugaru Nobuhisa

Tsugaru Nobuhisa was the 5th daimyō of Hirosaki Domain in northern Mutsu Province, Honshū, Japan. His courtesy title was Tosa-no-kami, and his Court rank was Junior Fifth Rank, Lower Grade.
