Hargeisa

Hargeisa is a city situated in the Woqooyi Galbeed region of the self-declared but internationally unrecognised Republic of Somaliland in the Horn of Africa. It is the capital and largest city of Somaliland. During the Middle Ages, Hargeisa was part of the domain of the Adal Sultanate.
