38628 Huya, provisional designation 2000 EB₁₇₃, is a trans-Neptunian object and binary system from the Kuiper belt in the outermost region of the Solar System. Discovered by Ignacio Ferrín in March 2000, it was named after the rain god Huya from South American mythology.
