Adam Forsythe Sr.

Adam Forsythe Sr. was the father of Adam Forsythe. Like his son, Adam Sr. was also a doctor. Adam Sr. died in 1992 whilst in Africa. Adam Jr., who had been suspended as a doctor the previous year, did not inform the UK General Medical Council nor the Coroner's office that Adam Sr. had passed away.
