Adam Monroe Life story
Kensei is a Japanese hero, well known for saving Japan from "White Beard" in the 17th century. Kensei has the power of rapid cellular regeneration, allowing him to heal almost instantly from most injuries. Hiro mentions the legend of Takezo Kensei and his sword many times in Season 1.
