Al Hoang Life story
Al Hoang is a former member of the Houston City Council. Prior to his election to that office, Hoang worked as a criminal defense lawyer. He had previously served as a president of the Vietnamese Community of Houston and Vicinities. He was the first Vietnamese American member of the city council.
