Alex Quiñónez Life story
Álex Leonardo Quiñónez Martínez was an Ecuadorian sprinter who competed in the 100 metres and 200 metres. Shot to death in October 2021, he was the second runner to be murdered that month, alongside fellow bronze medalist Agnes Tirop.
