Alexander Hood Life story
Lieutenant-General Sir Alexander Hood KCVO CBE FRCP FRCSE was a physician and British Army medical officer who served as the Director General of Army Medical Services from 1941 to 1948. He subsequently served as Governor of Bermuda from 1949 to 1955.
